Weddings & Private Events at Coffee Mill
Celebrate at Coffee Mill Golf Course, a scenic Wabasha setting for wedding ceremonies, receptions, groom’s dinners, and other gatherings. Choose an upstairs dining room reception for up to 150 guests or an outdoor celebration with a tent of your choice and views of the bluffs. The optional ceremony site is included with wedding rentals, and wedding rentals include two golf carts for photos.

2027 Wedding Rental Options
Upstairs Dining Room – $1,500 Facility Rental

A $500 non-refundable facility deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit is credited toward the final bill when the agreement terms are met. A credit card must be kept on file for charges beyond the deposit.
Wedding rentals include necessary tables and chairs for indoor events and two golf carts for wedding photos.
Groom’s Dinner
The dining room is available for a $500 room rental from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM. The time may be adjusted if needed. The room accommodates up to 100 guests, and tables and chairs are available.
Buffet Options
All food options are served buffet-style. Food prices are per person and do not include tax or gratuity.
- 2-Piece Broasted Chicken – $15.99: Choose two sides: garlic mashed potatoes, baked beans, baked potato, corn, mac and cheese, or coleslaw. Dinner roll and side salad included.
- Pork Tenderloin – $15.99: Choose two sides from the list above. Dinner roll and side salad included.
- Roast Beef with Gravy – $15.99: Choose two sides from the list above. Dinner roll and side salad included.
- Burger Bar – $13.99: Lettuce, tomato, onions, and cheese. Chicken breasts may be substituted or mixed with burgers. Choose one side: chips, baked beans, coleslaw, seasonal pasta salad, or side salad. Add a second side for $1 per person.
- Taco Bar – $13.99.
- Pulled Pork Sandwich – $12.99: Choose one side: chips, baked beans, coleslaw, seasonal pasta salad, or side salad. Add a second side for $1 per person.
Groom’s Dinner Bar Options
Choose drink tickets, selected items, a set dollar amount, or an open bar. All drinks must be purchased on site. Outside beverages are not allowed.
Wedding Bar & Event Details
- All beverages must be purchased through Coffee Mill. Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
- One bartender is required for every 50 guests, up to four bartenders, at $150 each.
- House wine is $220 per case. Domestic kegs start at $350, and craft kegs start at $475. Prices do not include tax or gratuity.
- Music may play until 11:30 PM. Guests must be off the property by 12:00 midnight. Decorations and cleanup must be completed by 12:30 AM.
- Open-flame candles, confetti, glitter, birdseed, thumbtacks, tape, and nails are not allowed. Wedding cakes must come from a licensed commercial baker.

Food & Beverage Policy
In compliance with state laws and health regulations, all food and beverage must be prepared, supplied and consumed on the premises. Guests of Coffee Mill (due to license and insurance restrictions) may not remove food and beverage. All state laws pertaining to drinking age will be enforced and ID’s are required. Managers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Events requesting no beverage or food service will be subject to additional charges.
Guarantees
Menu selections and a guaranteed number of guests must be submitted 14 days prior to your event. If a guarantee is not received, the guaranteed number is the most recent amount stated during the event planning. The guaranteed number is the number upon which your charges will be based, even if fewer persons attend.
Deposits & Rental
A non refundable Deposit Rental Fee of $500 is due upon the booking of your event to reserve your date. Room Rental fee includes the use of the facility up to 8 hours, use of Bride and Grooms suites and 2 Golf Carts for taking pictures on the course. Bar and Waitstaff service included if minimum food and beverage requirements are met. Room Rental also includes the Set-Up services (indoor only). Table rearrangements during and after your event is your responsibility along with cleaning of tables, trash and linens.
Music
House policy allows for a live band or DJ. Coffee Mill Golf Course will not contract with the music provider. All music and entertainment must end no later than 12:00 Midnight.
Payment of Services
All food and beverage prices are subject to applicable sales tax (7.375% for food and non-alcohol, 9.875% for alcohol) and 20% sales tax and service charge. The entire service charge is distributed to employees of Coffee Mill Golf Course who prepare, serve and manage your event. Final payment beyond the deposit amount is due 10 days before the function. Groups requesting tax exemption must submit their State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate # ST17 prior to the date of their function. Please discuss your tax exemption with the manager at Coffee Mill Golf Course.
To schedule your event at Coffee Mill Golf Course, please sign this sheet in the space provided below, indicating that you have read, understand and agree to the above information. Return a copy of the contract with your deposit after securing the date with the manager.
Liability & Damages
Coffee Mill shall not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of any personal items placed in our facility prior to, during or following your event. The event host or hostess agrees to be responsible for any damages to the premises or property by their guests, as well as any theft.
Bride’s Room
There is a bride’s room available by 10:00 a.m. the morning of the event. The room is located in the lower level of the clubhouse. Arrangements can be made with the event coordinator if you need the room sooner. All alcoholic beverages and food must be purchased from Coffee Mill Golf Course.
Pictures
Pictures are available on certain places on the golf course. There will be golfers on the course, so that needs to be taken into consideration. Please talk with the event coordinator or staff in Pro Shop on the day of the event on where the best place for the pictures. The wedding party can use up to 2 carts to get to where the pictures are being taken.
