We have a list of approved caterers that can provide you with a wide array of menu options. If being outdoors is your dream nothing can beat our million dollar views. We have a designated location adjacent to the clubhouse where a large tent can be set up and have a local provider of tents, tables, chairs we can refer you to. We have a mobile bar to service your event. We are our area's top venue for hosting the special days in your life, from a fairy tale wedding. We have everything you need!

Food & Beverage Policy

In compliance with state laws and health regulations, all food and beverage must be prepared, supplied and consumed on the premises. Guests of The Bluffs at Coffee Mill (due to license and insurance restrictions) may not remove food and beverage. All state laws pertaining to drinking age will be enforced and ID's are required. Managers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Events requesting no beverage or food service will be subject to additional charges.


Menu selections and a guaranteed number of guests must be submitted 14 days prior to your event. If a guarantee is not received, the guaranteed number is the most recent amount stated during the event planning. The guaranteed number is the number upon which your charges will be based, even if fewer persons attend.

Deposits & Rental

A non refundable Deposit Rental Fee of $500 is due upon the booking of your event to reserve your date. Room Rental fee includes the use of the facility up to 8 hours, use of Bride and Grooms suites and 2 Golf Carts for taking pictures on the course. Bar and Waitstaff service included if minimum food and beverage requirements are met. Room Rental also includes the Set-Up services (indoor only). Table rearrangements during and after your event is your responsbility along with cleaning of tables, trash and linens. 


House policy allows for a live band or DJ. The Bluffs at Coffee Mill will not contract with the music provider. All music and entertainment must end no later than 12:00 Midnight.

Payment of Services

All food and beverage prices are subject to applicable sales tax (7.375% for food and non-alcohol, 9.875% for alcohol) and 20% sales tax and service charge. The entire service charge is distributed to employees of The Bluffs at Coffee Mill who prepare, serve and manage your event. Final payment beyond the deposit amount is due 10 days before the function. Groups requesting tax exemption must submit their State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate # ST17 prior to the date of their function. Please discuss your tax exemption with the manager at The Bluffs at Coffee Mill.

To schedule your event at The Bluffs at Coffee Mill, please sign this sheet in the space provided below, indicating that you have read, understand and agree to the above information. Return a copy of the contract with your deposit after securing the date with the manager.

Liability & Damages

The Bluffs at Coffee Mill shall not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of any personal items placed in our facility prior to, during or following your event. The event host or hostess agrees to be responsible for any damages to the premises or property by their guests, as well as any theft.

Outdoor Wedding Site Contract


Bride's Room

There is a bride's room available by 10:00 a.m. the morning of the event. The room is located in the lower level of the clubhouse. Arrangements can be made with the event coordinator if you need the room sooner. All alcoholic beverages and food must be purchased from The Bluffs at Coffee Mill Golf Course.


Pictures are available on certain places on the golf course. There will be golfers on the course, so that needs to be taken into consideration. Please talk with the event coordinator or staff in Pro Shop on the day of the event on where the best place for the pictures. The wedding party can use up to 2 carts to get to where the pictures are being taken.

Food & Beverage Policy

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Bluffs at Coffee Mill Golf Course. Any alcoholic beverages brought onto the premises will be confiscated.
